This about sums it up!
Ran 3 miles worth of intervals yesterday at lunch. I had to return a package to the post office so I was able to get a workout in and run and errand at the same time.

This is my triathlon training page where I will be adding information from my triathlon training and juggling a career and family. I will also be adding new content and resources for all levels of triathlete as well as some other stuff I think everyone will like. Thanks for following me and PLEASE let me know if there is ANYTHING I can do differently to make my triathlon training page more interesting.
